01/Preparation


Lessons are done using zoom.
*If you are using zoom for the first time, be sure toherePlease check
 

 

02/On the day of the lesson


You can take the course just by clicking on the event link that arrived at the time of reservation.
*The holding link will be sent the day before and on the day of the lesson. If you have never received the event link email or if you have lost the email, please let us know by email. (info@dfitt.com)

 

 

03/Before starting the lesson


You can click (standby) from 10 minutes before the lesson, and you will be able to enter the room sequentially from 5 minutes before.
*We will start even if everyone is not present when the time comes.
*For the first lesson, please click with plenty of time to spare.

04/Lesson begins!

Please feel free to enjoy it at your own pace.

* If you turn on the video, it is possible to teach correct form. More effective and recommended. (You can participate even if you are off.)
*For security purposes, lessons are recorded. An accept button will be displayed, so please confirm.

 

05/After the lesson

You can ask the teacher one question per person. (In addition to the content of the day, questions about diet and health are also OK)

If there is nothing in particular, please click the [Exit] button to exit.

*If you are unable to attend the class due to radio wave problems or equipment trouble, you can take supplementary lessons. Please let us know by email as soon as possible. (info@dfitt.com)

 

〜Reservation change (cancellation)〜

 

Changes and cancellations can be made up to 1 hour before the start time.
Please note that once the time has passed, even if you have not taken the course, you will have completed the course once.

*In case of cancellation, refunds cannot be made. If you wish to attend, please be sure to use the change button.

→Lessons can be attended even if the video is turned off.!

⑤ Select "Calls using the Internet" for audio settings
